So I've decided to start a new drawing project. This one is going to be very sketchy because I want to capture the whole gothic...Edward Gory look. It's just me sitting on a throne of angels and demons. I'll explain the whole artistic perspective behind it as soon as I'm finished. This is a work in progress that I hope to get done in a few days.

Happy Leap Day! A few recent works.
An album project I've been working on for a friend...Consider this a WIP, because I want to do more with this one.
This is a character I've been working on named "Scherazade". I had a lot of fun doing this one and played with a lot of colors, blending changes, and shading.
This is a girl I named "Tera". Probably my dream girl because she has the ability to time travel. :3 I've been messing around with texturing in this one. I tried to make it as vague as possible, which I think is a good thing.
- More drawings to come! Currently working on some fan art of my favorite fighting game characters. :)

Episode 1: N-N-N-New Challenger!!! Introduction of an Immaculate Artist?!!
Hello! My name is Blong. Oh hamburgers, where do I start? Ah, okay. So the point of this whole blog is to just put myself out there and make this my diary of illustrations. This blog will demonstrate how I will progress in my skills of digital painting and illustration of my preferable caliber of drawing. I mostly draw characters, and people but I want to branch out into different styles of art...eventually. For right now, I'll be posting some artwork I've already done, and later I'll continuously post WIP's, random sketches and art pieces I'll be doing. I might even chime in some of my personal philosophy of my interests because I am also awesome. I'll probably talk about music, movies, anime, manga and gaming because these are things I care about deeply and they help weave my inspirations together. So prepare for some awesome, because it's kinda impossible for me not to be. :3
EDIT: I might as well put all my old self portraits in one blog. I tried doing separate posts, but that just looked lame. Anyway, these are the rest of my self portraits I made, enjoy. :)
This is an Ashley Wood study for a class.
This was the first time I used a tablet. All I did was take a photo of myself, and traced over it. I love my Che Guevara look. :) This style kinda reminds me of Frisky Dingo.
And this last portrait is a piece I made immediately after I dropped out from The Art Institute. It has several meanings, and expresses my many frustrations with that school and how I felt after I finally got out of that place...I should really start naming these. :b
